A while ago we posted an article about different ways to connect with nature and improve your wellbeing, so today we’re backing it up with some research about how nature helps us feel better.
For those of you who already spend lots of time in the outdoors, this is probably not news, but for city-folk or those of us with busy schedules, it might be a wake-up call to put on our hiking shoes every once in a while!
Since I moved to São Paulo, I know I’ve really been missing the woods and mountains where I used to live! All hope isn’t lost though – even in a city of 20 million, turns out there are quite a few things to do in nature within an hour drive. I can’t wait to start exploring!
